The best fit starts with how your family wants to travel. I help you work through the decisions that affect the whole trip, before you commit to a property or itinerary.
Rooms, privacy & proximity
Compare suites, connecting rooms, villas, or cruise cabins with sleeping arrangements and privacy in mind. I clarify what can be confirmed and what remains a request, including room locations and connections.
Clear costs for each household
Bring accommodation choices, transportation, activities, and other trip costs into a clear comparison. Different budgets can be part of the same conversation, with visibility into what is included and what costs extra.
Arrivals & transfers
Coordinate a plan around travelers departing from different cities, arrival times, pre-cruise stays, and transfers. The goal is a shared itinerary with practical travel days for each family group.
Interests, comfort & pace
Balance meaningful shared experiences with downtime and optional activities. Walking distances, stairs, dietary needs, children’s interests, and everyone’s preferred pace belong in the planning conversation.

One ancestral journey. Six family groups.
A family of 18 wanted to explore Greece together. Their preferred islands and travel window guided the search.
I compared cruise options that matched their priorities. After the family chose a Silversea sailing, I built a detailed cost spreadsheet covering:

A base for shared meals, activities, and time to relax. We look closely at room configurations, distances around the property, dining options, and age-appropriate activities.
Villas & private stays
Space to gather and spend time together. We consider bedrooms, bathrooms, stairs, staffing, meals, and transportation so the practical details match the appeal of a private home.
Luxury cruises
A way to explore several places from one ship. We compare the route, cabins, pace, shore experiences, and suitability for the youngest and oldest travelers.

I’m Carrie Hays, a LuxRally Travel advisor since 2024. My background in healthcare administration shapes the way I organize complex information, pay attention to details, and work through problems.
I draw on LuxRally’s network of more than 300 advisors, including dated property reports and photographs from their stays. I also participate in vendor sessions three to four times a week with property managers and destination specialists. Those resources help me evaluate current options for your family.

Before you start planning.
Can you help if we have different budgets?
Yes. I help compare options with each household’s comfort level in mind. Different room or cabin categories may make it possible to share the same trip. We discuss the costs and tradeoffs before booking.
Can family members travel from different cities?
Yes. I can help plan around different departure cities and arrival times, including transfers and stays before a cruise. The Greece example above involved exactly this kind of coordination.
Can you help with mobility or dietary needs?
Share these needs at the beginning. I can raise specific questions with hotels, cruise lines, and local providers and help compare the options. Accessible room features, transportation, and dietary arrangements need to be confirmed with the relevant provider.
Does everyone need to do the same activities?
No. A shared trip can include meals and experiences together alongside optional outings and downtime. We plan around the family’s interests and preferred pace.
When should we contact you?
As soon as you have a rough idea of who is traveling and your possible dates. Starting early gives us more time to compare room configurations and coordinate several households, especially around school breaks and milestone celebrations.
Do you charge planning or booking fees?
No. I never charge planning or booking fees. I am compensated by travel suppliers after travel.
