Luxury hotel planning | Carrie Hays, LuxRally Travel
Luxury hotels, chosen for the way you want to travel
The best hotel is not always the most famous one or the first result online. I compare the property, location, room category, booking path, cancellation terms, and the small details that decide whether a stay feels easy.
I do not charge any fees to my clients. No booking fees, no planning fees, for any travel.
Quick answer
What does a luxury hotel advisor actually do?
I help you choose the right hotel and the right way to book it. That can mean comparing neighborhoods, beaches, room layouts, flexible versus non-refundable rates, hotel promotions, points, Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts, and preferred partner programs. I also send useful arrival notes and remain available when details need attention.
Start with the decision, not the logo
Find the right property
Use the trip itself as the filter: city access, beach conditions, privacy, dining, service style, family setup, mobility, and transfer time.
Choose the room deliberately
I look at occupancy, bedding, views, building location, connecting options, and whether an upgrade request is being mistaken for a confirmed need.
Compare the booking paths
Direct rates, points, promotions, preferred partner programs, advisor programs, and card portals can produce different total value.
Protect the trip
Cancellation terms, deposits, arrival timing, transfers, and hotel communication matter as much as the nightly rate.

Preferred partner benefits

Family resorts

One hotel or two
Decide whether a split stay improves the trip or simply adds packing and transfer time.

Questions before you book
Do you charge planning or booking fees?
I do not charge any fees to my clients. No booking fees, no planning fees, for any travel. My clients never pay more by booking with me than they would have paid booking the same public rate on their own, and in many cases they receive more value.
Can you help if I already found a hotel online?
Yes. Send me the hotel, dates, room category, rate, and who is traveling. I can compare the public rate, preferred partner options, hotel promotions, cancellation terms, and room fit before you book.
Is the cheapest luxury hotel rate always the best choice?
Not always. A lower rate may be non-refundable, exclude useful benefits, or apply to a room that does not fit the trip. I compare the savings, timing, cancellation terms, room category, and total stay value before recommending it.
What should I send for a hotel comparison?
Send the destination or hotel, dates, number of travelers and rooms, room category, rate or points option you found, loyalty status if relevant, and what matters most. Helpful details include connecting rooms, quiet location, beach quality, walkability, early arrival, and the reason for the trip.
