Four Seasons Preferred Partner is the highest level of access you can have at a Four Seasons.
You cannot get it on your own.
Four Seasons Preferred Partner is an invitation-only program available exclusively through accredited travel advisors. You cannot access it on fourseasons.com. You cannot access it through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts. When you book a Four Seasons property through me, your reservation arrives with complimentary breakfast, a hotel credit scaled to your room category, a one-category upgrade, and VIP recognition at the same rate you would have paid anyway.
What you get when you book through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner advisor
Four Seasons does not have a points program. There is no status to earn, no tier to maintain, and no card benefit that puts you at the front of the upgrade queue. Four Seasons Preferred Partner is how guests who understand the system close that gap.
The program is available only through accredited advisors and does not appear as a booking option on fourseasons.com. When you book through me, your reservation is flagged before you arrive. The property knows you are my client before you walk in the door.
One-category room upgrade
A complimentary one-category upgrade upon arrival, based on availability at check-in. Preferred Partner reservations hold the highest upgrade priority at Four Seasons properties, above consortium programs and Amex FHR. Note: excludes Specialty Suites, Villas, and Villa and Residence Rentals.
Daily breakfast for two
Complimentary full breakfast for two guests per bedroom, every day of your stay. Served in the hotel restaurant or through in-room dining, your choice. At most Four Seasons properties, that is $80 to $120 per morning, included.
Hotel credit scaled to your room
Guest rooms receive a $100 USD credit per stay. Suites and Specialty Suites receive $200 per stay. Villa and Residence Rentals receive $200 per bedroom per stay (minimum average nightly rate of $1,000 applies). Applied at checkout toward spa, dining, or incidentals.
Welcome note and VIP recognition
A personal welcome note at check-in acknowledging me, LuxRally Travel, and your Preferred Partner benefits. The hotel team knows your reservation arrived through a trusted advisor relationship. That changes how your stay is handled from the moment you arrive.
Access to all 200+ properties
Preferred Partner benefits apply at every Four Seasons hotel and resort worldwide. From Bora Bora to Paris to Jackson Hole, the same benefits travel with your reservation regardless of property.
No cost to you
My services are complimentary. I am compensated directly by Four Seasons after your stay. You pay exactly the same rate you would have paid on fourseasons.com, and you receive every benefit listed here on top of it.
"When two guests check into the same Four Seasons property on the same night requesting an upgrade, the Preferred Partner guest moves to the front of the list. That is not a perk. That is how the program is built."
How Four Seasons prioritizes upgrade requests
How the options compare
All three paths can book the same Four Seasons properties at the same published rates. What changes is what you receive when you arrive, and who is looking out for you before, during, and after your stay.

What I do that no card can
When you book a Four Seasons through a card benefit, you are one of thousands of cardholders in a queue. When you book through me, the property knows your name, your preferences, and that you are arriving as my client. That relationship was built over years. It cannot be replicated with a rewards card.
Upgrade availability is finite. Four Seasons fills those rooms in a specific order: Preferred Partner bookings first, consortium programs second, Amex FHR third. If the suite you were hoping for went to someone else, that is not bad luck. That is how the system works. Booking through a Preferred Partner advisor puts you at the front of that list.
The suite credit advantage is one most travelers miss entirely. When you book a suite through Amex FHR, you receive the standard $100 guest room credit. When you book the same suite through me as a Preferred Partner advisor, you receive $200. Same suite. Same night. Different credit.
I keep a detailed profile for every client: your room preferences, dietary needs, travel quirks, the things that made a past trip exceptional and the things that did not. Every time you travel, that context travels with you. You never have to explain yourself twice.
My fee to you: nothing. I am compensated directly by Four Seasons after your stay. You pay exactly what you would have paid on fourseasons.com, and you receive substantially more.
Common questions about Four Seasons Preferred Partner
What is Four Seasons Preferred Partner?
Four Seasons Preferred Partner is an invitation-only program available exclusively through accredited luxury travel advisors. It provides complimentary VIP benefits at all Four Seasons hotels and resorts worldwide including daily full breakfast for two, a hotel credit scaled to your room category, a one-category room upgrade, and a personal welcome note at check-in. Benefits apply at the same rate available on fourseasons.com.
Can I access Four Seasons Preferred Partner without a travel advisor?
No. Preferred Partner benefits can only be booked through an accredited travel advisor who holds the status. They are not available on fourseasons.com, through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, or through any booking platform. Working with a Preferred Partner advisor costs you nothing. The advisor earns a commission paid directly by Four Seasons, and you pay the same published rate.
How does the hotel credit work for suites vs. guest rooms?
Guest rooms and standard rooms receive a $100 USD credit per stay. Suites and Specialty Suites receive $200 per stay. Villa and Residence Rentals receive $200 per bedroom per stay, with a minimum average nightly rate of $1,000 before taxes and resort fees. When a suite is booked alongside another guest room, the cumulative credit value based on each room category applies. Credits are applied at checkout and can be used toward spa, dining, and most incidental charges.
How does Four Seasons Preferred Partner compare to Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts?
Both programs offer breakfast and hotel credits at guest room level, but Preferred Partner holds higher upgrade priority and provides double the credit when booking a suite. At Four Seasons properties, the upgrade order is: Preferred Partner first, consortium programs second, Amex FHR third. And when you book through Amex FHR, the hotel's client is Amex. When you book through a Preferred Partner advisor, the property knows you specifically.
Does Four Seasons have a loyalty program?
No. Four Seasons does not have a hotel loyalty or points program. Four Seasons Preferred Partner, available only through accredited travel advisors, is the primary way guests receive consistent upgrade priority and complimentary benefits across all Four Seasons properties worldwide.
Do Preferred Partner benefits apply at every Four Seasons property?
Yes. Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits apply at all Four Seasons hotels and resorts worldwide, across every region. Whether you are booking a city property, a beach resort, or a remote wilderness retreat, the same benefits travel with your reservation.
