Shangri-La Luxury Circle is the preferred partner program for select Shangri-La and Kerry hotels. When you book through me, I can add breakfast, hotel credit, upgrade consideration, early check-in, late checkout, and property recognition. You cannot access it through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts.
What you get when you book through a Shangri-La Luxury Circle advisor
Shangri-La Luxury Circle is useful when you want the service style of Shangri-La with benefits attached before arrival. It can also be a smart way to receive elite-style perks without needing Shangri-La Circle elite status.
The program is available only through accredited advisors. It does not appear as a public booking option on shangri-la.com. When you book through me, your reservation arrives at the property flagged. The team knows who you are and who sent you before you walk in the door.
Room upgrade
A one-category upgrade, subject to forecasted availability. At many properties this can be confirmed at or shortly after booking rather than left entirely to check-in.
Daily breakfast for two
Daily breakfast for two, often including restaurant breakfast and sometimes in-room dining depending on the property.
Welcome amenity
A welcome amenity arranged by the property for Luxury Circle guests.
Hotel credit
A hotel credit, often $50 to $100 or 10 percent of the average daily room rate, whichever is higher at participating properties.
Exclusive offers
Select properties may offer third, fourth, or fifth night free promotions, higher credits, or seasonal advisor-only packages.
Guest protection
Early check-in and late checkout are prioritized when available. Your reservation is handled through the preferred advisor channel.

When you book a luxury hotel through a card benefit, you are one of thousands of cardholders in a queue. When you book through me, the property knows your name, your preferences, and that you are arriving as my client.
I keep a detailed profile for every client: room preferences, dietary needs, travel quirks, what made a past trip work and what did not. That context travels with you. You never have to explain yourself twice.
My fee to you for hotel-only preferred partner bookings is usually nothing. I am compensated by the hotel after your stay. You pay the eligible hotel rate, and you receive more.
